Age and Supervision

Do I need an adult with me?

Under-4s must be accompanied and supervised by a jumping adult at all times. Ages 4 to 12 need an adult present at Oxygen while they are jumping; the adult can watch from the viewing area or café, but supervising adults inside the jump area need a ticket. Ages 13 to 15 can jump without an adult in the park if an adult has signed a valid waiver. Ages 16 and over do not need an adult.

What age do you have to be to go on the park?

Customers aged 3 or older who can stand up and jump can use the park. There is no upper age limit. Children aged 4 and over can join Open Play sessions, while 3-year-olds need a grown-up bouncing buddy. Children under 5 can use Toddler Play sessions, which are designed for preschool children.

Can I drop my kids off and leave?

Children under the age of 12 must have an adult remain on the premises (in the café or viewing area) at all times. Kids aged 13+ can be dropped off, provided an adult has signed their waiver!

Bookings

Can I cancel a booking?

Bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of making the booking for a full refund, unless the session time is within the next 24 hours. Where possible, Oxygen may be able to transfer a booking to a more convenient time. For booking-specific help, customers should contact Oxygen or call 020 8050 1315.

Is there a booking fee?

There is a small £1.50 booking fee on online purchases. This is a fixed amount and does not change based on the number of tickets in one transaction.

Can I just turn up on the day?

Customers can sometimes turn up on the day, but booking in advance is recommended. Booking ahead helps customers skip queues, check in online and may be cheaper than paying on the day. Walk-in spaces depend on availability.

Do carers get free or discounted entry?

We love welcoming carers! Pop your local park into the contact form along with the documentation you hold, and our team will confirm exactly how it works for your visit.

Do I have to pay in advance?

It’s easier to pay for your visit when you actually book online, and its cheaper. If you don’t have a credit or debit card, we also accept Googlepay. We of course take walk-in bookings on the day but prices are slightly higher on the day.

Customer Service

How do I make a complaint?

Customers who want to raise a complaint should email customerservices@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk. The customer services team will do their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can a holiday pass be shared between children?

Great question! Pass rules can vary, so pop us a message telling us which pass you’ve got and we’ll confirm whether it’s share-friendly or one per little bouncer.

Can I pause my membership?

Need a little breather? Drop us a message with your membership details and we’ll let you know what we can do to put things on hold.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, everyone needs a signed waiver to jump! If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign it for you. Waivers are valid for 12 months and can be done online.

Do you offer a disability or DLA discount?

We’re all about making fun accessible! Drop us a message telling us your park and we’ll confirm the discount available and what proof you’ll need to bring.

Facilities

Do you have a car park?

Most Oxygen Activeplay parks have parking, but customers should check the relevant park page for local address, parking and directions information. Walking, skipping or using public transport is encouraged where possible.

Do you have changing rooms and showers?

Oxygen Activeplay parks do not have shower facilities and do not need changing rooms for putting on Oxygen socks. Toilets and bathrooms are available for customers to freshen up.

Do your parks get hot?

Active play can make customers warm, especially when the weather outside is warm. Customers should take breaks when needed and use the café for a cold drink. Some parks have air conditioning in the whole park or café area, so customers should check their local park for details.

What can I do while my kids or friends are jumping?

There are cafés with viewing galleries over the parks, so customers can watch jumpers while having a drink, snack or cake. WiFi is also available after registering at the park.

Are dogs allowed?

As much as we love pets, only registered guide dogs and assistance animals are permitted inside the parks.

Food and Drink

Can I eat or drink in the park?

Food and drinks, including bottled water, should not be taken onto the indoor activity park floor or trampolines. Customers can eat and drink in the café before or after their session and can use the water fountain during the session. Alcohol should not be consumed before jumping.

Can I bring my own food?

Customers are asked not to bring their own snacks and drinks. Oxygen, RedKangaroo and Boost parks have cafés offering food, hot and cold drinks, fresh bakes, light bites and healthier options.

Can I reserve an area in the cafe?

Café tables are not reserved. For special events or celebrations, customers should look at the party packages, which may provide suitable celebration space.

Groups and Events

Can I hire the park for a private event?

Private event hire may be available, including taking over the park for a group event or celebration. Customers can contact Oxygen to discuss options such as decorations, food and drinks.

Opening Hours

What are your opening hours?

Oxygen Activeplay parks are generally open every day, but exact opening times can vary slightly by park. Customers should check their local park page for the most accurate opening times.

Parties

Do you do birthday parties?

Can I bring a piñata to my party?

We provide the party room all set up and ready to go! You are welcome to bring a few balloons, but we do not allow piñatas, confetti, or anything that needs to be pinned to the walls.

Do party packages include grip socks?

Yes! All of our official Birthday Party packages include a pair of Oxygen grip socks for every jumping guest.

Does a party host stay with the children during the party?

Absolutely — your dedicated party host is there to keep the fun flowing and the smiles wide! For the finer details on supervision in the play zones, drop us a line and we’ll fill you in.

How do I pay for a party — deposit or full amount?

Let’s get the party planned! Send us a message with the package you’re after and we’ll confirm whether it’s a deposit or the full amount to lock it in.

Payments

Do I need a credit or debit card? Do you accept cash?

Several Oxygen Activeplay parks are cashless from 1 September, so customers should be prepared to pay by card or contactless payment where cash is not accepted.

My payment failed but money left my account?

Don’t worry! If you got an error while checking out, but money shows as leaving your account, it is likely a ‘pending’ transaction that will automatically drop back into your bank within 3-5 working days.

Safety

Can I jump if I’m pregnant?

Pregnant customers should not take part in jumping activities. It is safer to sit this one out and return to the fun when they are ready after pregnancy.

Can I jump with a medical condition?

Customers should only jump if they are fit and well enough to do so. If they are unsure, they should ask a doctor or medical specialist before visiting and include relevant details on the waiver. For some pre-existing injuries or disabilities, a signed doctor’s note may be required. For Down Syndrome, a signed doctor’s note is required for each visit. Customers showing Covid-19 symptoms or with a positive test result should not attend. If unsure, customers can call 0333 2000 349 before visiting.

Are there any height or weight limits?

There is no general height limit for bouncing, but some activities such as high ropes, Sky Rider or trapeze may have minimum height rules at certain parks. For jumping, the maximum weight limit is 21 stone or 133kg. Customers should check local park pages for activity-specific rules.

Is freejumping dangerous?

Freejumping is not considered dangerous when customers follow the rules, jump within their ability and avoid silly behaviour or advanced moves beyond their skill level. Trampolining has risks like other active sports, but Oxygen Bouncers are trained in health and safety to help predict, prevent and respond to incidents.

Can I wear glasses on the trampolines?

Glasses can be worn on the trampolines, but customers are responsible for making sure they do not fall off, get lost or break.

SEN Sessions

Do you offer SEN sessions or sessions for children with Special Educational Needs?

Oxygen Activeplay offers SEN Peaceful Play sessions for visitors with Special Educational Needs. These sessions use reduced numbers and a quieter atmosphere, with the park made available for individuals with special educational needs and disabilities in a calm, inclusive environment.

Can a sibling who doesn’t have SEN join a Peaceful Play session?

Siblings of a jumper with SEN needs are welcome to join SEN Peaceful Play sessions. The sessions are designed to be calmer and quieter while still allowing families to play together.

We want everyone bouncing with a smile! Send us a message with your park and we’ll talk through how we can help your little one join the fun comfortably.

Do spectators need to pay?

Only jumpers need a ticket. Spectators can watch from the café for free.

Toddler Play

Visit Preparation

Can I bring my own socks?

For safety, the correct branded grip socks must be worn. Oxygen-branded socks are allowed in Oxygen parks. At Boost Leicester, Boost or Oxygen branded socks can be worn. At RedKangaroo Coventry and Nottingham, red or turquoise RedKangaroo socks or Oxygen socks are accepted. The socks are reusable and machine washable.

What should I wear?

Customers should wear comfortable clothes that are suitable for jumping, climbing, dodging and active play. Stretchy, breathable clothing is recommended. Clothes with spikes or studs should be avoided, jewellery should be left at home or kept safe, and Oxygen jumping socks are needed.

Should we arrive early?

Customers should arrive about 20 minutes before a normal session so there is enough time to check in and watch the safety briefing. For parties, arriving 30 minutes before the party start time is recommended so waivers and belongings can be sorted before the party begins.

Waivers

Where do I sign a waiver?

Customers can sign the waiver using the link in their booking confirmation email. They can also watch the safety briefing and complete the waiver through the website’s how-to-book page.
