Customers aged 3 or older who can stand up and jump can use the park. There is no upper age limit. Children aged 4 and over can join Open Play sessions, while 3-year-olds need a grown-up bouncing buddy. Children under 5 can use Toddler Play sessions, which are designed for preschool children.
